Horizontal Belt Feed Bag Trim Sealer

 

Horizontal belt feed bag trim sealer with Siemens “Safety” PLC (Interrupts from E stops or disengagement from hood interlock switches) and color touch screen, to produce wide band trim seal up to 30” width which removes excess lip of the bag, impulse seal system automatically activates by fiber optic sensor to recognize various bag/ product lengths. In-feed guides included to provide for true center line travel producing finished package with seal parallel to zipper end of bag. Operated with regulated compressed air at 4 CFM and 110 volts.
