GV-80

Automatic Tray Sealer

 

GV-80 is an electronic packaging machine for sealing preformed plastic containers. The products can be packaged in MAP protective atmosphere, vacuum or seal only, from salami to fish, from pasta to cheese, specialty foods, vegetables and especially meat which, with protective atmosphere maintains its natural color and freshness without freezing.

  • In-feed conveyor with three load positions (GV80/3) or with five positions (GV80/5) for the application of suitable filling-dosing devises and tray denester;

  • Gas storage tank ( 22 L.) complete with safety valve and pressure reducer to give a constant pressure in the package;

  • Work height 35" with adjustable feet;

  • Output up to 15 cycles per minute with sealing only;

  • Free air consumption 6 liters per cycle; working pressure 6 BAR (air compressor not included);
