Intermittent motion pouch forming, complete with PLC control, color touch screen, servo auger and agitator with product hopper, fin sealing, positive printed code dater, film registration control, solid-state temperature controls, tear notch, hole punch.

 

Options: Automatic floor loaded screw conveyors to feed hopper, volumetric filler or net weight scales in lieu of auger filler, discharge conveyor, casters. Hot leaf printer and Markem digital printer.
